Newly built Tsimane Lodge is now open. Tsimane Lodge is located in a National Park whre the Amazon Jungle meets the Andes mountain chain in Bolivia. The lodge fishes numerous clear streams and rivers where anglers fly cast to freshwater dorado, pirapitinga or Amazon pacu, and the yatorana.
In the July issue of "Field And Stream" there is a great article by Kirk Dieter "In Search Of The River Gods". The article is about "The Jungle Anglers" search for a fantastic golden dorado fishery in the jungle. Kirk leads Marcelo Perez of Untamed Angling into the wilds of the Bolivian jungle on the Rio Secure where Tsimane Lodge is located.
