Friends Gary Clark, Jeff Stagg, and David Fields had a great fishing trip with Capt Keith Kennedy for monster bull redfish during June 26 to 28. In three days of fishing the group landed 111 redfish with the largest weighed in at a whopping 38lbs

Early reports by Capt. Keith Kennedy is the bite is redhot for big bull redfish. Friend Bill Crain led a group of fishermen down to Venice, LA to fish the Delta with Capt Keith earlier this week. Bill reported excellent fishing with many bull reds over 30lbs landed. Capt, Keith knows where these big bull reds are year round. Keith provides all tackle, lodging, meals, and even your fishing license. Get in while there are a few openings for an excellent chance and getting trophy redfish.

Having had the opportunity to fish in many exotic locations, fishing stories are not the only memories I come back with. The first "big" trip I made was to Canada's NorthWest Territories at Courgeous Lake. During the flight into the barren lands I recall seeing monsterous herds of caribou running across the vast tundra. Lakes after lakes are seeing and it seems there is more water than land. Later had the opportunity to fish on Great Bear Lake and the Tree River which flows into the Arctic Ocean. Here I met President George Bush Sr. and had a great conversation with him. He was extremely polite and loved to talk fishing with the clients. Great Bear is massive and full of monster lake trout. On a trip to Victoria Island which is a few hundred miles from the magnetic northpole, I recall seeing herds of muskox, peary caribou, and an occasional polar bear. On trips to the Alaska Peninsula have seen hundreds on monster brown bears many over 10ft tall and had a very close encounter years ago

Have a few openings to join me for a weeks fishing at Gary LaRose's Pumice Creek Lodge on the Alaska Peninsula in September. Will catch more big silvers and arctic char than your arms can handle. These silvers are fresh from the ocean and are big and mean. Many of the silvers will top 14 pounds with a few in the 18 to 20 pound range. They can be landed on lures and flies.
